1.  Shipping

We have free shipping on all orders regardless of the order amount. We ship our products in United States in 1-3 weeks and add 1-2 weeks for rest of the world. You can get a full refund if you didn't receive your order within 40 days.

How much does shipping to Canada & Mexico cost?

Our shipping is free to Canada & Mexico. How sweet is that!

But what about rest of the world?

Free, again. We got you covered!

* Free shipping promotion is excluded for "Free" products i.e. we charge standard shipping rates for the items that are $0.00 product value. 

2.  Refund

We get it. Sometimes things just don't work out. If you're looking to make a return, you've come to the right place, you can return your items for a prompt refund.

  • The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
  • The original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged.

3.  Exchanges

If you need to exchange your products, feel free to contact us. 

 

4.  Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped and feel free to contact us.  If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund.

 

5.  How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your online account. 

 

6.  I bought two or more products - why only received one? 

Sometimes all our products not in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item may be shipped separately. So sometimes you will receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. Rest assured, they will get to you.

 

7.  How secure is my personal information?

We adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

8. My order was lost in the mail. How do I arrange a replacement?

9. How do I request a price match from omnijunction.com site?

When making a purchase, or during the return and exchange period, price match requests from omnijunction.com are handled via contact us form. 

Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want Omni Junction to price match. Omni Junction will then review and verify the price match request via web form submitted by you. 

Shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price comparison.

Omni Junction price match request after a purchase from omnijunction.com can be requested either by the person to whom the product was shipped, or by the person who was billed for the purchase.

10. How do I show "proof" of price?

Please share the website address of the designated online retailer. We may call the competitor's retail store or check the website address of the designated major online retailer to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

 

Return Policy

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
Book with obvious signs of use 
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at omnijunctiontx@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should contact us

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What Qualifies for Price Match?

Identical to the competitor's product:

The product must be a matching brand, model number and color to qualify. 

One price match per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

Immediately available at a qualifying online retailer, or a local competitor:

We match local retail competitors (including their online prices) and these qualifying online retailers: Amazon.com, icoolgadgets.com, etc.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:

Competitors' service prices (including delivery and installation charges), pre-order and trade-in offers, eBay store offers, and special daily or hourly sales.

Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, open-box items, free gift with purchase, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, rent/lease to own items, Point of Sale Activation cards, video game discounts related to a membership program, voice-only deals, and items for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving.
